How does TidyCRM connect to your CRM?+
One click. Authorize TidyCRM for your agency through the official marketplace app — no tokens to copy. We encrypt your credentials at rest with AES-256-GCM and discover your sub-accounts automatically.
Can it delete something by accident?+
No. Approving a finding archives it first — reversible actions like tagging a contact or deactivating a calendar. Archived items sit in a 30-day recovery trash, and permanent deletion only happens when you explicitly empty it. Some entities (like funnels and workflows) have no delete API at all; for those we give you a deep link to clean up inside your CRM.
What does “stale” mean?+
You choose the interval — 30, 90, 180 days, anything. Each scanner applies it sensibly: contacts with no activity, workflows with no executions, forms with no submissions, calendars with no bookings inside your window.
Can my team use it?+
Yes. Invite teammates as Admins (can clean up items) or Members (can view reports). Owners keep billing control.
Do you support scheduled audits?+
Weekly or monthly. When an audit finishes, everyone on the team gets an email with the highlights and a link to the report.
